007 fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the franchise’s 25th instalment since late 2019, but now, after several setbacks, the much loved movie series hits the big screen next week. To coincide with this, the marvellous Michael Kors has collaborated with everyone’s favourite spy on an accessories collection championed by former Tatler cover star Naomie Harris, aka Miss Moneypenny.
Consisting of three styles, the capsule embraces an espionage elegance with sleek lines, smooth leather and metal hardware. The Bond Bancroft, which is carried by Harris in the movie, is the perfect addition to any outfit with a refined spy-chic attitude, while the additional carryall and duffle styles are a must for any stylish secret agent on the move.

Harris is right on the Bond-girl money(penny) in the campaign video, aptly titled ‘Style Worth Spying On’. The British actress is seen in a glamorous camel trench and matching shorts with suspiciously chic shades as she sips coffee in a cafe garden before being presented a mysterious box. Inside she finds a secret message and the beautiful Bond Bancroft bag.

Txema YesteWhen we interviewed her last year, Harris said of her work in the British powerhouse franchise, ‘It’s a difficult tightrope to walk. You have to honour the Bond of old. If you modernize too quickly, you lose what makes Bond Bond. And part of what makes Bond what it is is that foot in the past. It has that traditional aspect to it. You have to honour that, I think. But then, as well, you have to move with the times.'
