Joss Stone is the new Cadbury's Flake girl

Soul diva Joss Stone is to be the new face - and voice - of Cadbury's Flake.
The singer, 20, has been announced as the first celebrity to take the role of the Flake Girl in the new series of adverts.
Previously the lead role in the famously sensual adverts has been played by models - including Eva Rueber-Staier, a former Miss World.

They first ran in 1959, and the series has courted notoriety ever since, with an advert taken off air in 1979 after viewers complained that the woman bit into her Flake in a sexually suggestive manner.

The Flake Girl was retired in 2004, but has been brought back after surveys showed that the adverts were among the best-remembered in the UK.
Stone, from Devon - who has sold over 10 million albums worldwide - has also recorded a version of the famous jingle in her blues-influenced vocal style.
The first advert in the new campaign will air for the first time tomorrow night, during the premiere of ITV's new show Rock Rivals.
"She was chosen because she is very free-spirited," said a spokesman for the company.
"Joss will bring something different to the previous adverts - the jingle has never been sung by one of the girls before."
