by Laura Ingalls Wilder
"Then Laura felt a warmth inside her. It was very small but it was strong. It was steady, like a tiny light in the dark, and it burned very low but no winds would make it flicker because it would not give up."
— Laura Ingalls Wilder, The Long Winter
Rebecca Palmer is a photographer based in Manchester, UK. She was born in 1993 in Stockport and became interested in photography when taking it as a fluke fourth subject in College when she was 16, and grew to love it not just as a College class but as a hobby and a career. She then moved on to Study BA Photography at the University of Bolton in 2011.
Rebecca at first based her images off her own personal life experiences, beginning with what she remembered from childhood and then moved more into merging those real life situations with dream scenes and other worldly locations.
